& Conditions
- All sales
CASH, MasterCard, Visa or debit.
- All bidders
must have a bidder number, $200.00 cash, deposit required for a number,
balance may be paid with MasterCard, Visa or debit. (deposit is fully
refundable if no purchase is made.)
- All items
must be paid for prior to being removed from premises.
- All purchases
are subjects to sales tax (unless you hold a valid resale permit, and
you have registered it with us.)
- There
is a 10% buyers premium on all purchases.
- All items
are sold without any guarantee unless specified by auctioneer.
- You are
responsible for items after they are sold.
- All items
much be paid for by 5:00 Wed and removed by 5:00 p.m. Wed, (unless prior
arrangements have been made with management) after 5:00 p.m. Wed all items
left are subject to a $50.00 per day storage charge. After 4 days items
will be considered abandoned.
- Any disputes
on bids, or claming of the bid will be settled by the auctioneer, the
auctioneer at his sole discretion may elect to re-open the bidding if
two or more bidders are claming the bid.
- The auction
will be video taped, any disputes on the sale price will be settled
on Thursday after the tape has been reviewed.
- All small
misc. items must be removed the day of the auction. We will not be responsible
for small items left after the auction.
